Downloading your purchase is easy.
Follow these simple instructions to begin using your forms right away. There is a $10 fee to re-issue downloads that are left to expire. Please download your files within 7 days of purchase.
1- If you did not scroll to the bottom of the page when you received the 'Check Out Success' screen you will need to return to our store at: http://cleaningbusinessformsstore.com/cleaning-forms/ If you can not remember the url it will be included on the automatic email confirmation that we send to you after completing your purchase.
2- You will need to be logged into our store.
Navigate to the top of the page and select the Log In link.
After signing in go to 'My Account'
Your account screen will display your recent purchases.
Click 'View' to see information about each and to be taken to the download screen.
In 'View' you will be given the option to download your file.
We allow you to download each file 3 times...if you forget where you saved the file rest assured that you can return to our site in the next week to re-download your purchase.
We always suggest saving your purchase to your desktop so that you are able to find it quickly.
Now all you have to do is Unzip (shown below) your file and edit away!
Most of our forms are delivered in Microsoft Word. If you don't have Word on your computer remember you can always use OpenOffice software. It's free and works with MS Office files.
If you need assistance please make sure to do the following PRIOR to emailing us
-Have your date of purchase
-Invoice number OR Pay Pal transaction id
-Email address used for purchase
- I keep getting a file corrupt error.
We have never had a legitimate 'File Corrupt' error when our files were saved and unzipped with the instructions above.
- I tried to open them but just get a bunch of symbols
You need to unzip the files first. See the example above.
- I can't afford Winzip
You don't need it. Use the guide above to extract the files without any additional software purchases.
-I don't have Microsoft Word but already bought these files.
We made sure to specifiy that these files were created for Word but you are in luck. You can download Open Office (it's free!) and that will work to edit your proposal files.
- I bought this proposal tonight because I have to submit my bid first thing in the morning. I thought it would be already and have info about my company in it.
Go back and read, this had to be customized for your company. We can only come so close because we don't know you, your rates, your QA program, training program or company policies. The pages are there you just need to fill them in with information about YOUR COMPANY.
- I thought this proposal would be a sheet I filled out with a price.
No, this is a Proposal Package not a BID SHEET. There is however a free Bid Sheet included in the package.
- Can I get someone to type this up for me?
We don't but CleanOutlook.com ( http://www.cleanoutlook.com/proposal-typing.html ) will type the proposal for you for $60 provided you have the spec's and at least 5 business days until the bid is due.
- I bought the Proposal Tempate and there are a bunch of pages I don't need. What do I do?
We created each of the pages as individual files so that you only have to edit and print the ones that you need.
