How do I download my purchase?
If you paid electronically your purchase will be available at the bottom of the screen when you return from Pay Pal.

Do you offer refunds in the event I decide I don't want to start a cleaning business?

Due to the nature of digital media downloads there can be no refund as it is not possible for you to 'return' purchases. If you encounter a problem with these downloads use our instruction manual.
Software for opening and editing your purchases
The format in which each file is created is listed in the product description. As the purchaser you are responsible for having the appropriate software on your computer to open, edit and save our files and templates.
